statisticar 7 Posted March 31, 2012 Kisele lučice: upiti mali luk, staviti ga u vrelu vodu na par minuta da bi lakše ogulili koru. Oguliti luk. U međuvremenu svaviti kuhati sirup od vode, soli, meda i octa – oko 10 minuta. Dodati očišćene lučice i kuhati oko 10 minuta. Ocjediti i ostaviti sirup da se hladi, a lučice poslagati u staklene bočice. u ohlađeni sirup dodati vinobran i preliti preko lučica. Dobro zatvoriti i čuvati na tamnom mjestu.
